Why Sleep is important for brain health
Most people think of sleep as something optional, something we fit in when we can. But from a neurological perspective, sleep is one of the most important processes your brain depends on. Going to bed at a regular time, reducing stimulation before sleep, and protecting your sleep routine can make a meaningful difference.
